First check your Internet connection by checking whether another website does work. Then check whether the website is hidden behind a screen behind your email. If the web page states that the link isn’t valid (anymore), ask the Organizer who set up your Group to invite you again (via the Organizer page).
Yes, that’s possible. The name of the member that each email is intended for is stated in the subject of the email.
An invitation to your Group can be sent again via the Organizer page by the Organizer of the Group. Also, incorrect email addresses can be corrected by the Organizer via the Organizer page before the names are drawn. After the names have been drawn, the Organizer can re-send the drawn name email to a member of the Group via the Organizer page by clicking on “Send drawn name email again."
The Organizer can request the link to the Organizer page via Link to Organizer page.
You can request the link to set up your wish list and join the Group via this link: Link to wish list.
You can request the link to your drawn name by contacting your Organizer, who can re-send your drawn name email via the Organizer page.
No. You cannot change an email address after a member has accepted their invitation. You can re-send a drawn name to the confirmed email address via the Organizer page.
Yes. The Organizer of the Group can add new members via the Organizer page as long as the names are not drawn yet.
Yes. The Organizer of the Group can remove members via the Organizer page as long as the names are not drawn yet.
Yes. When you are invited to the group, you get an email. This email contains a link to your wish list which you may update at any time.
Yes, the best way to do this is by not responding to your own email, “you’re invited to draw names!.” When you have completed your Group perfectly and everyone else has joined the Group, then click on your own “you’re invited to draw names!” email and join the Group. And the names will be drawn!
Great question! Just give each person 2 names, such as Patricia 1 and Patricia 2. Then make sure you set the exclusions so that Patricia 1 can’t draw Patricia 2, and Patricia 2 can’t draw Patricia 1. That should do it! You may add other exclusions if you wish. Occasionally however, since the draw is random, a member may pick the same name twice.
Yes. It works like drawing names from a hat, only a whole lot easier!
No. This is a secret to everybody. The Organizer doesn’t even know every match, only his/her own.
The Organizer can set exclusions by checking the box Exclusions when starting the drawing process. You must have more than 3 members in your Group.
Yes. Everybody can see all exclusions that the Organizer has set on the Group page.
The Organizer’s Group messages are sent to every member who has joined the Group. When the Organizer re-sends an invitation, the last message is sent. All messages sent by the Organizer can be read from the Group page.
Yes, the website stays online all year.
Yes, of course! We created a promotion page, with examples.
